Since its launch in 2001, more people have chosen Pegasus Opera II* to help run their businesses than any other competitor** solution in the UK and Ireland, and being part of Infor will provide Pegasus with the resources and capabilities to further consolidate its position as market leader.
Within days of joining Infor, Pegasus demonstrated its ongoing commitment to aggressively enriching its current product portfolio with the long anticipated launch of Opera II Version 5, which provided every existing Opera II user with over 1,000 technical improvements, dramatic visual improvements to the user interface and user experience and more than 50 significant elements of additional user functionality. Opera II Version 5 also introduced full support for the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database system for larger clients.
Pegasus is also highly committed to continuing to deliver against an exhaustive schedule of functional enrichment across other products, including its Business Intelligence and reporting tool for Microsoft Excel, Pegasus XRL, and its successful recent entrant into the construction industry and contractors arena with its Pegasus CIS system.
In the coming months Pegasus will be introducing new products and services to complement the existing Pegasus solution set, as well as launching new tools designed to provide customers with greater visibility and control across the entire spectrum of financial and business management.
